I feel better about myslef today than I have in a couple weeks. Would like it to continue. Put beans in the crock pot, stripped and remade bed and did laundry. Can't walk dog as it is raining. Took help oil and ate very little breakfast, fixed mixed grains and tofu for lunch. So far so good, although I feel heavy. Brian doing income tax. Not a lot I can help with that. Repair men coming tomorrow and he sees the radiologist.
