Hard to see, but it looks like a bit of upside down trilobite in he middle.

Mostly Crinoid stems

Cambrian crinoids, brachiopods and the bow shaped thing is part of a trilobite.  They molted, which is probably why so many trilobits are found.  Northern Kentucky
